💛 Parents’ Night Out – Frequently Asked Questions

1. What ages can attend Parents’ Night Out?
Children ages 2–10 years old are welcome! We group children by age for activities and supervision so everyone enjoys an age-appropriate evening.
 

2. What time is drop-off and pickup?
Drop-off begins at 6:00 PM and pickup is by 10:00 PM.
A late pickup option (until 10:30 PM) may be available for an added fee.

3. What should I send with my child?
Please send a nut-free snack or light dinner, a labeled water bottle, and any comfort items such as pajamas, a small blanket, or a stuffed animal. All personal items should be clearly labeled.

4. How do I confirm my child’s spot?
Complete the registration form and submit payment via Cash App ($lbaofexcellence), Zelle (lbaofexcellence@gmail.com). You’ll receive a confirmation message via email once your child’s spot is secured.

5. Can siblings attend together?
Absolutely! We welcome siblings and offer a discounted rate — $50 for the first child and $30 for each additional sibling.

6. What safety or health protocols do you follow?
All LBA staff are CPR/First Aid certified and background checked.
We maintain small child-to-teacher ratios and sanitize surfaces before and after each event.
Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before attending.

7. Where are Parents’ Night Out events held?
Events take place at London Bridge Academy of Excellence at 431 W Ponce de Leon Ave ste 7, Decatur, Georgia — a safe, fun, and welcoming environment designed just for children.

8. Can my child attend even if they’re not enrolled at LBA?
Yes! Parents’ Night Out is open to the entire community, not just currently enrolled families. Everyone is welcome.

9. How often do you host Parents’ Night Out?
We typically host Parents’ Night Out two to three times per week.

10. Do you provide food or snacks?
We do not provide full meals, but we occasionally include small themed snacks (like popcorn or cookies) during movie time.
Parents should still pack a nut-free meal or snack for their child.

11. What if my child becomes sick or upset during the evening?
If your child shows any signs of illness or distress, we’ll contact you or your emergency contact immediately for early pickup.
Our goal is to make every child feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
